Tour My Run connects Runners and Running Guides. Runners book a run led by a Guide via the platform. Guides are amateurs, not professionals: they do not provide a paid service. The per-participant contribution requested is not a price but compensation intended to cover the Guide’s expenses.
The service is limited to connecting Runners and Guides. Tour My Run is not responsible for the run itself, the accuracy of its description, or whether it takes place. Running can be dangerous: everyone must ensure they are fit and book suitable runs. No personal insurance is provided.
A booking commits you to attend, or to cancel 24h before. With compensation, cancelling at least 24h before gives a 100% refund; a run cancelled by the Guide gives a 100% refund. Rating after the run is required for the Guide to receive their compensation.
A run must be guided or cancelled at the latest 4h before. Providing a GPX file is mandatory. From the contribution, Tour My Run takes a 34% commission; 66% compensates the Guide for expenses (this is not remuneration). Uploaded data remains the Guide’s property.
Zero tolerance for abusive content and behaviour. The following are prohibited, both in the messaging and in published content (listings, photos, profiles): harassment, hate, threats, sexual or inappropriate content, spam and scams. You can report a message or a user at any time from the conversation, and block a user so they can no longer contact you. Every report is reviewed and, where warranted, the content is removed and the offending user sanctioned within 24 hours. To report abuse you can also email contact@tourmyrun.com.
