Purpose: to introduce TourMyRun to organisations (clubs, accommodation providers, tourist offices, businesses, educational institutions) and to persons carrying out an activity related to running, with a view to a partnership or a voluntary registration as a host.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — making a free service known to organisations and to persons whose published activity relates to running.
Data processed: name of the organisation or person, professional email address or an address published in a professional capacity, city, country, website, and only the public information necessary to personalise the message.
Source of the data: exclusively the public web pages of the organisation or person concerned, or the professional directories they have chosen to appear in. No list purchased, rented, exchanged or obtained from a third party. No address deduced, guessed or generated.
Recipients: TourMyRun staff only. No disclosure, no resale.
Hosting: OVH SAS (France). No transfer outside the European Union.
Retention: 3 years from the last contact. Objection requests (“STOP” or any request to no longer be contacted) are kept for an unlimited period in a suppression list, for the sole purpose of no longer contacting you: this is the only way to honour your objection over time.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, exercisable at privacy@tourmyrun.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
